Roy Salvadori competed in the four Championship races in the 1960 season. He drove Cooper T51 for High Efficiency Motors, a small British racing stable, in Monaco and USA Grand Prix, and represented Aston Martin in the Dutch (where he did not start) and British Gran Prix. In Monaco he retired after 29 laps due to engine overheating.
