The 1994 PPG Indy Car World Series season was the 16th national championship season of American open wheel racing sanctioned by CART. Jeff Andretti, the youngest son of 1969 Indianapolis 500 winner and 1978 Formula 1 World Champion Mario Andretti, drove this year-old Lola Indycar in the Slick 50 200 race at the Phoenix International Raceway, the second round of the series for the Euromotorsport team. Later that season Jeff also made his 5th attempt for Indy-500, but did not qualify.
