The Bugatti T35B in Swedich national colors was raced by Knut Gustaf “Kåge” Sundstedt in the 1930s. Sundstedt made his competition debut in 1931, and a year later he bought in ex-Chiron Bugatti T35B which he raced in 1932-1936. Sundsted raced only in local events in Scandinavia, including winter ice races. His only win was the first Fredenloppet ice race held on Lake Freden – Västerås, Sweden in January 1934. His only record with T35 #5 was the 1934 Norges Grand Prix which was run as an ice race on the lake Mjøsa south of Lillehammer in February 1934.
