The first generation of Mercedes-Benz Actros (MP1) heavy truck was introduced in 1996, and production continued until 2003. The engines for the MP1 Actros are equipped with an OM501LA V6 or OM502 V8 mated a diesel engine with a turbocharger and intercooler to a 16-speed manual gearbox or a 16-speed hydro-pneumatically operated automatic gearbox. The Actros was and is a popular choice for race cars transporters since end of 1990s until 2020s. Jordan Honda F1 team used this truck in 2000s, this model represents it in the colors of 2000 season.
