South African driver Tony Maggs drove for works Cooper Car team in 1962-63 seasons alongside Bruce McLaren. In the 1962 Maggs finished second in the French Grand prix and 3rd in South African Grand Prix and took 7th position in the final Drivers’ Championship standings.
