Lotus, with Romain Grosjean and Pastor Maldonado in the cockpits, ended its last season with 78 points and a 6th place in the World Constructors’ Championship, before its buyout from Renault Sport. A highlight of the season however was Grosjean’s podium finish in Belgium. As to Maldonado, he scored few point finishes and was 14th in the final standings in his last year in F1.
