With the SF-24 model, the Scuderia made a significant step forward compared to the 2023 season. Ferrari took five victories (three for Leclerc and two for Sainz) and finished second in the constructors’ championship. In the drivers’ standings, the Monegasque finished third, while the Spaniard finished fifth. At the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, reserve driver Oliver Berman replaced Sainz, who required appendicitis surgery. The Briton surprised everyone with a strong seventh-place finish in his F1 debut.
