SPTC, St.-Petersburg Tram Collection, was established in 1996 St.-Petersburg, Russia to manufacture tram, trolleybus and bus models. SPTC offers a selections of high quality handbuilt models of the trams/streetcars, trolleybuses, buses, subway cars 1:43 1:45 1:48 all around the world in North American O-scale (1:48), European O (1:43) and Japanese O (1:45). SPTC also made a series of rare British racing car transporters in 1:43. The SPTC brand is the part of the same business as popular Russia on-line store modelcarsheritage.ru.
