





March F1 car for 1976 season was at the disposal of works March Engineering team with Ronnie Peterson, Hans-Joachim Stuck, Vittorio Brambilla, Arturo Merzario and Lella Lombardi. Due to a small budget, the cars tending to turn up in different liveries as race-by-race sponsorship deals were signed. Brambilla was entered under Beta sponsorship, Merzaio raced for Ovoro and Lombardi was sponsored by Lavazza. Italian Arturo Merzario had started in 7 GP for March in 1976 before moving to Walter Wolf’s team to drive Williams FW05. His best finish in 761 was 9th place in French GP.
