1993 Ferrari F93A Alesi
With the F93A, designed by John Barnard (Technical Director) and Jean-Claude Migeot (Chief Designer), Scuderia Ferrari continued a series of disastrous seasons without wins which started in 1991. French Jean Alesi drove for Ferrari for the third year, and Gerhard Berger returned to Ferrari after three years with McLaren. Alesi scored the best result with second place at the team’s home race in Italy. He was 6th in the overall drivers’ standings while Berger was 8th, and the team finished fourth in the Constructors’ Championship with 28 points.
