The 1994 German F3 Championship was dominated by Marko RSM driver Jörg Müller. His major rivals were Alexander Wurz representing G+M Escom Motorsport, and Opel Team WTS drivers German Sascha Maassen and Ralf Schumacher. The majority of drivers used Dallara F394 car powered by two-litre Formula 3 engines by Opel or Volkswagen. ralf Schumacher, Formula BMW Junior runner-up in 1993, debuted in F3 in 1994, where he won one race and finished third overall. He also scored fourth and thirtieth places in the Macau Grand Prix and the Masters of Formula 3, respectively. Note the remarkable feature of the 1994 Team WTS cars – sponsorship by Minichamps.
