Diamondlabel is a former Dutch company specialized in Dakar trucks models in 1:50 scale. The company was founded by Raymond van der Weijden in Valkenswaard, NL in 2007. Raymond has been involved for many years in buying and selling miniature cars before founding his own make. Diamonlabels issued several unique Dakar truck models, including DAF 3300 “Dubbelekop” of 1984-1985 in a limited series (200 – 1000 pcs.). Few other Dakar cars and trucks as well as road trucks were present in the production line of the company. In 2011 Diamondlabels started intensive cooperation with Tekno, and in 2012 the brand was absorbed by Tekno.
