Gaffe was created by Philippe Le Prevost in Colombes, France in 1982 to make white metal and resin kits of cars and trucks for Dakar rally enthusiasts. The company has more than 150 1/43rd scale kit produced in limited quantities – from 30 to 150 pcs. The workshop boss is now retired and the brand stopped production in 2022.
