Neo Scale Models, a daughter brand of Dutch company Replicars, was founded by Jaap van Dijk in 2009. Since late 2011 Neo is owned by Model Car World, a German online model car shop. After selling the Neo, Van Dijk and his model designer Mark Asbreuk, went on to start Matrix Scale Models. Neo models production is focused on high quality resin models, mostly 1:43 scale.
