1999 Williams FW21 Zanardi

Williams car for the 1999 Formula One season, FW21, was driven by Ralph Schumacher and Alex Zanardi, two times CART champion of 1997 and 1998. The FW21 was powered by Renault FB01 V10 engine badged as Supertec. The season turned to be quite controversial for the team. Schumacher finished the season on the 6th position in the Driver’s Championship achieving 2 podiums, whereas Zanardi failed to score a point. You can compare this Hot Wheels scale modes with the model of the same car and driver by Minichamps. Both are almost equal in general quality. Hot Wheels has a little bit better detailing of the car and driver figure, but driver’s helmet is out of scale. The Minichamps is slightly more accurate in the livery reproduction having Veltins beer advertising on board while Winfield tobacco is replaced by “WilliamsF1” on both models.
