British American Racing team has built BAR 005 for 2003 Formula One season. The car designed by Geoff Wills was usual F1 vehicle featured carbon fibre monocoque, clean aerodynamics and powered by Honda 3-litres V10 engine. The 005 was driven by Jacques Villeneuve, who was in his 5th and last season with BAR, and Jenson Button, who moved to BAR from Renault. Button was regular point scorer with the best 4th place finishes in Austria and Japan and was classified 9th in the 2003 Driver’s Championship. Villeneuve has added only 6 points for two 6th places, and BAR finished 5th in the Constructors’ Championship with 26 points.
