The ER189B from 1990 was the last Formula One car built by EuroBrun. It was based on 1989 ER189 designed by George Ryton, with some minor revisions. Despite failing to start a single race in 1989, the team returned in 1990 with two cars once again. Team hired Brazilian Roberto Moreno, who had some previous experience in F1 and was considered a promising driver, and F3000 middle fielder Claudio Langer from Italy. Moreno only pre-qualified on five occasions and raced twice, finishing 13th in the 1990 United States Grand Prix, while Langes never escaped from pre-qualifying. After 14 rounds, the end of the European season, Walter Brun’s team withdrew from the Formula One Championship.
