





Morris Nunn, famous English engineer, founder and owner of the Ensign Formula One Team in 1970s-80s, later worked for Chip Ganassi’s Champ Car team, before founding Mo Nunn Racing for the 2000 season. In the 2002 season Nunn ran one-car team in both US premier open-wheel racing series. Brazilian Tony Kanaan drove Reynard and Lola in the CART FedEx Championship Series, while his compatriot Felipe Giaffone raced in Indy Racing League behind the wheel of G-Force GF05C. The car represents the second-generation of IRL cars by G-Force, competed in the series from 2000–2002. For Giaffone the 2002 season was his second year in the series. The Brazilian performed very well, winning the race at Kentucky Speedway and achieving 4 more podiums. Giaffone finished the season 4th in points.
