





The 1990 CART PPG Indy Car World Series season was the 12th national championship season of American open wheel racing sanctioned by CART. Dick Symon Racing, a race team owned by racer Dick Simon, founded in 1983, entered two Cosworth-powered Lola T90 cars for Scott Brayton and Hiro Matsushita. Brayton scored his best result of the season at Indianapolis 500 (7th place) and finished the season in 15th position with 39 points. Brayton’s car was sponsored by Amway, American manufacturer of high-quality decorative cosmetics and face care products.
