





Designed by Andrew Green (Technical Director) and Akio Haga (Chief Designer), the VJM05 turned out to be a consistent racecar, often recording points finishes. It was driven by Paul di Resta, and Nico Hulkenberg who returned to the sport after spending one year as Force India’s test and reserve driver. Nico Hulkenberg secured his best result of the year by finishing 4th in the Belgian GP, and scored 109 points to finish the season 11th. Di Resta was 14th with 46 points, recording 4th place in Singapore as his best. Force India ended the season 7th on the constructors’ championship with 109 points.
