





Ryan Hunter-Reay was one of the four regular entries by Andretti Autosport – together with Alexander Rossi, Colton Herta and James Hinchcliffe. Hunter-Reay drove car with his traditional #28 backed by DHL. He spent his last full season in Indycar without success, finishing in the top-5 only once, 4th in Big Machine Music City Grand Prix at Nashville. After the season Hunter-Reay announced he would be leaving Andretti Autosport and would be retiring from full time IndyCar competition, though he will to return for the Indianapolis 500 and other select events with a new team.
