De Backer is a Dutch company from Eindhoven that produces promotional material. One of the best-known promotionals is the DAF Super Racing Truck model car, which was raced in the European Truck Racing Championship in 1996. The model manufactured by Lion Toys came in two versions as driven by Hans-Georg von der Marwitz and Richard Walker.
