





The 1990 was the final season for Doug Shierson Racing, a racing team that competed in the CART Championship Car Series from 1982. The team was represented by Arie Luyendyk in Domino’s Pizza sponsored Lola – Chevrolet, and Scott Goodyear in Mackenzie-sponsored Lola-Judd. Goodyear drove car #11 in all races except Indy-500 where his racing number was #28. Luyendyk, who had never won a CART race before, took the 1990 Indianapolis 500 win from 3rd, while Goodyear was 10th. Canadian driver finished the season 13th with 36 points.
