In the 2003 Japanese F3 season Italian driver Paolo Montin moved from Team TOM’s to less known and less powerful team ThreeBond Racing. Montin repeated his overall result of 2003 finishing 2nd in the championship. Montin wins three rounds out of 20 races of the championship. The winner, Australian James Courtney scored 13 wins.
